概述：產(chǎn)品先經(jīng)預熱后，蒸汽直接噴入產(chǎn)品，使產(chǎn)品在瞬時(shí)被加熱到設定溫度，經(jīng)過(guò)一定時(shí)間的保溫后，通過(guò)真空分離器把產(chǎn)品瞬間降溫，并等量蒸發(fā)掉因蒸汽噴入增加的水分，最后產(chǎn)品在無(wú)菌條件下冷卻、灌裝。
PURPOSE:After the product is preheated, the steam is sprayed directly into the product, so that the product is heated to the set temperature instantaneously. After a certain time of heat preservation, the product is cooled instantaneously through a vacuum separator, and the water added by the steam is evaporated in equal mount.
